lol how could you NOT want a good gun???

anyway, depends on how much maintanence you want on the gun. i recommend you get rid of your spyder and get an angel or something (preferably and LCD or something).

Angels are wicked fast and require minimal maintanence. however if something serious goes wrong, you probably have to send it off to a tech or specialist.

Eblades look sweet and shoot as good as they look. they do require you to thoroughly sort them out before each days gaming, and can go wrong if you dont know what your doing. however they are SLIGHTLY easier to sort out yourself if you have a decent spares kit :D

upto you really

i recommend an Angel, especially as your only playing rec-ball (plus your friends will think youre amazing and be jealous :p )

good luck hunting mate

I just finished my first rec day with my new Eclipse Classic factory Eblade Cocker, it was absolutely amazing. No problems all day, apparently they dont take too much to maintain and are reliable, Long as you keep it cleaned and oiled.

The guns mentioned above all use Air, your probally find most places dont have this on site. Worth asking them before you cancel them out though.

If your after a gun that can use co2, i would recommend a Impulse. You can pick up a Vision Impulse in the classifieds quite cheap these days :)

They look just as sweet aswell :p

as pureball says

you are best sticking with angels... weve got four speeds in our family. all my brothers have one. we never get any grief with them
and there fast as f**K.
and at the end of the day you pay for what you get & sometimes its worth spending that little bit more.

its good enough people saying get this or get that, and the best advice so far is that not all recball sites provide air, so maybe this will have to be something you consider (if no air is the case either a co2 compatible marker or you will have to save for a dive tank, in that case save for a 4500psi tank and get your fill adapter from tom allen (he's cheaper than the shops))

Firefly you need to explain what is wrong with your spyder, and what is it about this gun that you feel is inadequate. all guns mentioned will be a vast overall improvement but what specifically are you looking for, or more importantly what do you think you are missing by using your spyder.

for example if ROF is fine but is inaccurate then maybe a cocker would be a sufficient upgrade.

if your looking for a greater ROF then maybe a lower end angel (if you intend to keep playing in recball that is).

it more or less depends on your game.

Thanks for the help everyone I apresheate it (S/P  )

Air is not avalible to me and im 99.9% sure that the Sites i go to dont use it (I will E-mail them to make sure)

The main problem is the accuracy and the ROF, but 13 balls per secand isnt bad.

What im looking for is something easy to use and maintain with a good ROF and Accuracy. My Freind uses an A-5 and he loves it its accuracy and easy to use but it eats gas like theres no tomorrow.

What do you think about the A-5

Am off to america in 2 weeks so im planning to get it then at any Pb shops i can find.
