Strikers For Ever!
Hey guys! Can you gimme some tips about barrels for shockers? Like i would like to get a barrel with the best precision [ duh :D ], but not a set... get like may be 2 backs, that's it. So any ideas what to get? Already heard what you ppl say about freaks [ plumber's pipes ], so any suggestions?

Do a search, cause this has been done soooooo many times before.

Some people like kits, some dont.

Some people point out that you only ever use the largest bore size anyway!!!!

Myself....get a large bore (insert own preference) and keep the extra cash for paint.

Personally, I'd recomend the Dye Ultralite with a couple of backs (the same as Budgie recomends). They look the sweetest and their rep is second to none.

The Shaft barrel, although a sweet system isnt really in the running beacuse as far as I know Eclipse don't even make them in Shocker threads.

Didn't think Lucky 15s came in shocker thread?

Jus run a fatty bore'd ultralite. or CP or other highgrade barrel, multibore kits are ok but for 6 months ive just run a fatty .693 lucky 15 or empire with no issues on about 4 different guns - you dont get spiked shotsfrom the odd off ball and very few barrell breaks

my 2ps worth anyhow

Ummm... Freak is always a good choice. Some don't like 'em...But meh.
Ultralights are also nice, and look pretty nice with the gun.
Stiffi's are light and accurate, but I'm not too keen on the look of them with the Shocker.

I'm currently using a Freak back with Teardrop front (14") and works nicely. But to be honest the All American is a very good barrel. Bore size is good and it's got a good accuracy. All personal preff. though.

Oh, BTW, Shockers don't need another barrel, they rock as they are ;)
