I have been looking at Smart Parts Impulses and Bob Long Intimidators. I am sick of the work that has to be done on my cocker and want a new gun. Which is better? Intimidator or Impulse? Or should i pick up the ol' Angel.

All three markers are well worth getting, if you can afford it go to an angel lcd or better, next in my view would be an impulse, and last but not least the timmy.
The angel lcd is best buy at the moment, and has a fantastic spares back up system, you can get parts from literally everywhere.
Impulse, good straight from the box, needs a bit more speed though, spares and upgrades easily sourced.
Intimidator, a bit less popular than the other two but still a good piecs of kit.

I've got a pile of markers.......shockers throught to E-blades. Just bought an iron man timmy and I've never used anything like it. Superb marker. Plus you can keep your cocker thread barrels.

will not have teething problems, I know people who have had problems with all the markers you are wishing to change to and people who have not. I have a 2003 cocker which i'vwe upgraded to eblade. Works well, no major problems . Gets well used at tournaments by other players and by me in rec ball normally.
