Both will serve you particularly well, but there are a couple of questions you have to ask. One, do you want to be getting your equipment from SP/Belsales or Planet? That is a question because who will be nearest to you to get one from, whose products you can get ahold of the easiest, and which will likely be at the events you will be attending so that in the event that you need service you can get it for what you have. Both can be at times easy to get ahold of and prompt, but at other times difficult to find and backlogged. Friends of mine and I have run into both cases with each.
Second, do you want hinge frame or single trigger sliding? The Evo is sliding, while the Eclipse is double finger hinge. Both are good, but usually one fits you and the other doesn't. I shoot both at times, depending on the situation. I own a sliding trigger right now and won't part with it, but have shot several convincing hinges from WGP and Eclipse that had they been available at the time or offered with the gun I got I might have been tempted to go with them. Sliding is easier to time again, which is routine maintenence and has been around longer so it's maybe a little better understood by Cocker techs you're likely to run into.
Third, can you find examples to try for yourself? Personally I don't buy or trust something I haven't handled myself and seen work in person. From just my own eye viewing experiences, I have seen more Evo's lately than Eclipses, with few functional problems if any and (no doubt due to SP's large presence) good results from users on the field equipped with them. All the commentary in the world doesn't do diddly squat as a substitute for first hand knowledge. Maybe that's a little self defeating for me to say and be writing this, but that's a hallmark I've learned to stick with when it involves buying anything mechanical, particularly something that you're depending on to avoid getting zippered by several people coming at you with a paintgun.
