I was going to say it was a Bad Bill ( like the pic below ) but taking a second look at the pic you have up i don't think it is. But still these are grate

Assorted funky colors. Can be worn under a Pro-Line Sandana to cover the colors a bit. Makes for a good bounce visor, or pull it down when it's raining to keep the rain out of your goggles.

All black, and theyre extremely rare nowadays.

They are the gayest pieces of head wear I've seen since George Michael bought a pink leather cap with an effeminate ostrich feather on it from 'Boyz R Us'.
