What happened to the old southern tournaments?

I've been out of the sport for some time but planning on starting up again, just wondering what happened to the southern tournaments e.g.southern masters, did it die out due to lack of attendance/team migrating to CPPS or other reasons?

Also can anyone tell me what happened to Nexus and Disruption, I cant see that either team is playing anymore.

Which iteration of the southern masters are you referring to?

and nexus basically disappeared when Ash left Dye

Disruption just called it a day i think. Its all on facebook somewhere

The one around the time that the NSPL wrapped up, possibly as a result of the masters coming to the south as well.
Sorry I've been out of the loop for some time so I cant really provide many details.
