Hi, I'm kinda new to paintballing and have only been 3 times but love it.

I been looking at some markers like the Tippmann A5 or 98 so far but wanna know if theres any others you would recommend. My budget is about £250-350

I wont be entering any tournys or anything just yet but would like to get a moderatly decent gun for my first.

If you're able to run air at your site, a second hand angel lcd. If you only have co2, an impulse is a good buy.

I wouldnt use a complicated marker like an impulse on co2, you'll spend more time with the gun in bits than playing. Go for a 2nd hand angel lcd. Very cheap nowadays, require very very little maintainence (1 drop of oil every..4000 shots?) unless you mess about with it....that is if the site you go to has air, though most should unless their in the stoneage...:)

I'm not a big fan of sp products, but the impulse runs well on co2, requires very little maintenance, and you can get some cheap deals at the moment.
But as i said earlier an angel lcd on air would be far better, and set you up if you go into tournaments.
