What ever happened to...............?

Just out of curiosity and general nosey-ness,
what became of the marker that was called TS1-select? , it had a magazine of paintballs that went underneath the marker.

Thx for any replies and feel free to ask your own "what happened to." questions on this thread. Who knows it might throw up some interesting points of paintball nostalgia.

I've not heard of a TS1-select but it sounds similar to a AT85.
I've always want ed to to try find a BE 90,also known as an "Edge".

I know which one you mean.
I don't know why it went away, but I can think of a few reasons why it should. First of all, because it was a dodgy Rambo wannabe piece of kit, but a big problem with it was that the magazine, or clip, fed balls into the breach by more or less impaling them on small spikes, which worked like a conveyor belt. You can imagine that these spikes were very fragile, and so often broke off. Also, being impaled does not help the structural integrity of a paintball, so a lot of broken paintballs was the sad result.
It sucked, so it went quietly into the cold, dark night....
