What ever happened to......??

In a copy of PGI a few months ago there was a review of a Vortex Automag, reviewed by Ravi. I was quite interested, it had a LCD grip frame, skid plate for spinning and had cocker threads for barrels. Since then nothings happened and I've heard nothing, has the Vortex been scrapped as a bad idea or what?

The MicroEmag and SFL E pretty much killed its market. Backspin is about as useful as a lambskin condom in a Thai brothel, and the Vortex loses out bigtime for looks by comparison to the other two.
