We trained at the Canary Wharf indoor site a couple of times over the Xmas break (good place btw). We are risking outside drills this weekend and scrimmaging/drills the following sunday at the Birmingham Indoor. Training In the cold is ok once you have got the warm up done! The problem is if you're outside will it be too windy for the bunkers.

Did you think we all went into hybernation?:p

Somewhat trapezoid.

:p

In all honesty, the training I'm doing is not so much aimed at paintball. I played defensive tackle for 9 years, and I'm supposed to play a veterans vs new breed game with my old team sometime in February. Can't let these young bucks get the better of me, can I?

Still, it'll come in handy for the mandatory "shoving the ref around after a call you don't agree with" at the next tournament...:D

My training has gone to ****e over the holidays, stopped running for 2 weeks. I've just started back exercising again after Christmas - I did a 4 mile run t'other day and I was completely knackered after that. I've also just started doing my weights again, 40 lots of 9kg bicep curls three times with a 1 min break inbetween (on each arm, naturally) is how much I normally do, and the other day I was strugging at 35 on the second set.
