ok today both of my pulse feednecks broke, not even whilst playing just snapped off there and then. i heard this is happening alot, is there much i can do about it? i.e send em back for a replacement shell as this isnt exactly a great start to the "hammer a nail in" hopper.

I've heard of them breaking a fair bit now, i was looking into picking one up a month or so back, but decided against, this has confirmed it.

dont tighten the feedneck to much or they will crack

A manufacturer should replace any broken products, especially when they advertise them as a hammer...
