what should be bought first, Loader (hopper), Co2 bottle or marker?

Ok guys i have a budget of £350 and i need to get a marker, nothing amazing just a starter marker for tourneys etc.
ive been playing for about 2 years now and i want to get a full kit.
im thinking one step up from your average Inferno, but i want better than a heat. what do you guys recommend and where can i get it?
