What are the smallest playing pants

I am after a really small set of playing pants for my boy who is a bit vertically challenged. I got some Angel XS pants but they are still way too big so what is are the smallest pants out there and how much do you want for them.

Very hard to find Empire Youth playing pants excellent condition Top of waistband to bottom of leg 34" inside leg 23" Waist 22" in the label will expand larger

Nice pants unfortunately my boy is funding these himself and I don't think he can get that much together, thanks anyway.

I have a pair of jts that just about fit my 10yr old son. Dont know exact sizes will have a measure and gat back to you tomorrow.
