Diet Coke with Cherry
rec-ball: gotta be a tippmann for thier rugged reliability
tournY new marker: have a look at the new pirahna evo, £250 for a marker with eye. Good price and pretty reliable.
Tourny 2nd hand: check the classifieds, anything from Angel IR3's, autocockers, intimidators. best bet is get to a walk -on and try some out.
See what you feel confortable with.
Crossover marker: Personally i would have a VF Tactical. suits both styles pretty well.

hope this helps.
Someone else will be along in a minute to give some other advice also. :D Listen to all angle's from everyone and you will see how much of a personal preference it really is.

Welcome into the fold.

you can get 2k3 vert feed mechanical autococker markers quite cheap now also, the good thing being that there is a great scope for upgrades think the average price new from the states works out at £150-180 bucks to your door speak to XV8 i give him this advice and he seems pretty happy with his marker etc
