Welsh Open 2003 - Update

Currently we have 37 teams confirmed for the 2nd Welsh Open, We have decided to increase the limit to 45 teams.

The reason for this is that we are currently in negotiations with a film company, High Tide Productions, who are proposing to visit the event and make a high quality DVD of the tournament, the players party, and behind the scenes footage.
