Well.....what barrel should i get??

What barrel should I get for my spyder sonix, I am thinking about the Smart Parts All American and i will be using it for rec. and i want good accurate shots at long distances??? Thanx

First of all, you have to think about what type of paint you will be using. Barrels come in different bore sizes, and lenghts

I use a J&J Ceramic 14" barrel on my shutter and it works perfectly.

You would be best served by a BOA, CP, Armson, or DYE Xcel or ultralight in either 10 or 14" length. As to what bore size, what type of paint do you usually shoot? Try out the paint that you get regularly in all kinds of barrels (though personally I wouldn't waste my time with All American barrels...tons of reasons why) and see what works best with it.

I used a 16 inch AA with my spyder. And quite honestly, I didn't notice much of a difference between that, and the 14inch Taso pro series that I had, preformance wise. AA also tend to be gass hogs, and are very expensive. I would stick with something that is a little kinder to your wallet.

I'm using a Dye Boomstick 14" and it works pretty good, bit heavy though!

Im geussing not only has he already got the barrel im sure he must have a new gun buy now if he was very interested in pb at all.
