Web Site Design.

As it's weekend and i don't think i will get told off for this (until Monday) my brother has just tuned Proffesional at snooker and wants to have a web site for himself. He doesn't have a massive budget for it but as with all things he wants it to be brilliant Is there anyone out there that does this type of thing for a living and wants to earn some extra cash on the side making a web site for an up and coming snooker player (English).
