Wearing a beanie?

Hey guys,

When playing I like to wear a peaked beanie to protect my head/neck and also 'caus they're comfy (don't have the gogg straps digging in).

Bit of a weird question but here goes nonetheless...How do you put the beanie on under the goggles? I put the beanie on first then try and get the gogg strap round the back of my head before pulling them down - But the beanie always seems to be pulled forward down onto my face as I bring the goggs down over my eyes.

Just wondering what the pro technique is?

Pair of Invisions. Beanie is quite big but had a much small one recently and same happens. Practice makes perfect I guess

i used one last few times i played, simple put it on your head, then bring your goggles on really loosely, throw them round your neck, then you want to move them up so that ideally there is 1cm gap between ur goggles and ur beanie, and your strap goes on top of the beanie at the back, now you want to pull it as tight as possible, then pull your beanie down so it meets the top of the goggs

or as everyone else says

put on beanie

put on goggs

done..

Thanks for the tip Revolt....Didn't really consider loosening the goggs a huge amount but it does make it a lot easier.

Might consider getting a smaller beanie though

when you pull your goggs down pull the goggs away from your face aswell so the strap dont get caught on the beanie

yer i put the strap around the back of my head(both of them) then just pull the face of the mask over onto my face.

I love my dye beanie, had it for about 3 years and the bounce factor is awesome. For extra effect i put on my thinner Angel beanie underneath

How hard can it be? Put beanie(s) on, hook strap round the back of your head , strech goggles away from face and lower into position, then flatten onto face and tuck beanie into the top...

The ears on invisions are abit high for peaked beanies, thats your problem. You need to cut them down...
