Weakness in PMR bolt?

Hi,

Towards the end of a recent walkon my PMR started leaking air VERY badly and randomly re-sealing itself.
Apon getting home and taking the bolt out I was greeted with this:

The bolt had snapped in the marker somehow.
This a known weakness in the bolt or am I just really unlucky?

This happened to my brothers PMR too.

He contacted DYE and they replaced no problems..

Just received my pmr yesterday, fired 100 shots max and the same has happened.

I thought i had done something wrong, but if its happened to someone else maybe there is a fault with the bolts.

I have just spoken to Dye, and they are sending out a replacement, great service

Is this the new 09 PMR?

Thinking about going from my current PMR to the 09 one...?!?!

No, the old bolt was from my Older PMR, 07 I think.
