Well what barrel would you replace it with? A boomy? Why not just include a boomy with it then! Saves spending money on manufacturing unused barrels!

What barrel to replace it with!

Freak everytime! Well, freak with boomy style tip anyway!!!

Why don't they include a boomstick as standard, well to maintain corporate image I suppose? Plus to keep all the money to themselves and not give any to Dave Youngblood!

In fairness I think the infinity is quite a nice barrel, perhaps they should produce a 2 piece and include a couple of different bore sized backs. Wouldn't cost a huge amount would it?

I'm surprised high-end markers aren't all sold without a barrel. They don't include a hopper, a bottle or even a reg sometimes, so why a barrel that will be replaced instantly?

I can see whats going to happen....

This "speed" has parts that are not even on the IR3 ( in terms of operating pressures, dwell etc ). These will then be put into the new "IR4" ( or what ever they call it, when ever it arrives ).

So the order of gun will go:
IR4
IR3
Speed

The other thing is... are they going to make these parts that are on the speed... Dwell, LP operation etc avaliable to IR3/lcd owners as an upgrade? coz i would not mind a lower operating pressure if it will improve the markers gas consumption...

Is there to be an IR4? And when?

My 2p

How about this......

WDP finally realise that people want paintball guns to do a few
key things

1/ Shoot fast
2/ Be economical with gas
3/ Be accurate
4/ Not break paint

So having tested the waters with a bare bones, high performance version of the LCD, they then go ahead and produce a gun that offers what players really want, at a price to re-gain ground lost to Bushie's, Trixies etc.

Just a thought, just a thought.......
