Modifying the 14 way wouldn't do a damn thing. The area of the marker that delivers the air to the paintball is the bolt, not the 14 way.
In order to do what you wanted (curve the balls) there would have to be controlable openings on the face of the bolt. Also there would have to no friction on the ball as it leaves the marker (this would diminish the spin).
The most common reasons for "curving paintball syndrome" is not uneven air flow from the marker but foreign matter - usually paint or water - on your paintballs. This is along the same lines of when a baseball pitcher throws a spitball to get more curve on his pitches.
