Bingo! Was just about to post the same thing. No oil, it's meant to be run dry, it's made from a self-lubricating material.
To install it, pull the knob at the back of the marker and twist it to one side so that it rests against the body of the marker in the back position. Push the breach block to the left and it will pop open and the bolt will slide out. Simply slide the new one in where the old one was, close the breach block, and turn the breach knob so it snaps forward. I honestly can't believe I just made such a simple procedure sound so complicated. Seriously, it's very easy, the breach slides open, the bolt pops out, you slide in the new one.
