washing knee pads

hi gys

bought some proto 05 knee pads on saturday and played with them straight away and chucked the packaging away so havent got a clue. can they be washed in a washing machine and what settings does the machine have to be on? can i put them in on mormal with the rest of ma gear?

hand wash 'em (hose 'em off) or throw them in the washer with the rest of your gear.

Just don't put them in the dryer. It's bad for the elastic.

agreed, all mine just goes in the washing machine at the end of the day, literally the whole lot
