Jerseys and Trousers, yeah, put in Washing Machine, Battle-Pack and smalls, put inside a Pillowcase first, then put into Washing Machine, you can even put your Pumps into the Washing Machine, as long as you put them into a Pillowcase first.

I've got a mesh bag that I use to wash my knee pads in, and occassionally my pack too (only really before tournaments, or after a muddy day). Jersey, pants, headbands, and elbow pads go in loose, with squeeguees inside my jersey.

Do it like a man, stand and be powerwashed.

I'd put most stuff in the wash, not the pack as it can ruin the velcro so a quick hose down usually for it. If it's completely bogging, hose it off first to take the worst of the muck and paint, then wash.
