I bought an etek 1 off of here a few weeks back, although the marker has leaked since day one. Changing all the o-rings has not seem to have helped. So Iam thinking I may have to sent it in to Eclipse.

Ive got my warranty card ID off of the Eclipse site. Although what do I need to send in with the marker. For example in its original case, including barrel? Or can I just send in the marker on its own, without the barrel but well packaged.

i would say if you have the original box just put the barrel in with the marker and put a note in the box explaining what is wrong and what you have replaced and all your details and phone number so they can contact you

You can send the marker in on its own - without the barrel but well packaged will be fine.

The MOST important item that you need to include with your marker is a FULL covering letter that details not only ALL of your contact details (name, address, phone number etc) but also details of the issues that you are experiencing with your marker.
