The slap talk has begun! This is a traditional part of this game; the generals (and players) large it up in the run up to the game...trading good natured jibes/threats/promises. All in all it really gets the Christmas spirit going!

We've been fielding a fair few calls in the office; it looks like this year could be a Christmas to remember This event is always a really good get together; where fellow 'ballers blow off steam and have a fair few laughs before the family fun of the Christmas period kicks off...we don't expect this year to be any different, judging by the folks we've been speaking to!

Here's some answers to the most common questions that we're being asked:

Rental Kit is available, if booked. There will be a charge of £10, payable on deposit. Please state that you would like a rental place when booking.

On-site camping is not available, this is a one day event.

Ramping is all good; but no burst-fire or full-auto modes, obviously.

Mince pies and mulled wine are available; you will be able to lay your hands on warming Christmas cheer all day

The Generals challenges will be briefed nearer the time; you will have to wait with baited breath for more info!

Places are still going, give us a bell to pay your £10 depo to secure your place; don't miss out on the best laugh you'll have this Christmas.

By all means jump in and add your own penny's worth; it's all part of the fun and games and everyone is welcome! Get your places while they are going; we've got some great games planned and some amusing Christmas surprises too :wink:

A reminder for the few Warped Club Members that don't already know; Warped Club Members will receive a £5 discount on the entry fee!

To claim the discount you will need to produce your Warped Membership Card at event registration...don't forget it because there will be no discount without a valid membership card.

9 days to go...we've had a good start to the slap-talk on the Warped forum (www.warpedsports.com) but now it's time to step it up a notch!

Let's hear you best! Who's gonna win? Who's gonna own who? And which Steve do you think has what it really takes to own Carnage?

Psycho may have the home-field advantage at Cosford, but Stupid definitley has the skillz to CRUSH Psycho under his bootheel...it could go either way; the question is who wants it more?

For the rest of you just waiting for Carnage to descend; I can now confirm that there will be two balls available on the day:

Warpaint: Rec-ball, winter formula. 1 case 2000 included with entry. £30 per case thereafter.

Sterling Mace: Premium rec-ball. £35 per case 2000.

If you would prefer Sterling Mace included with your entry fee, this can be arranged for an extra £5 - just let us know at event registration.
