The Warped Team will be holding an open training day/ recruitment day on the 6th Sept at MTPC the home of the CPPS. This is basically a day where any teams/ players are welcome to come and train along side our X-ball squad. We will be running drills and playing a few points during which you'll hopefully learn a thing or two.
Any players that wish to try out for the team must state so before we start training and no players from other teams will be approached. No poaching our players either
There will be players of all skill levels as for many of our club members, who will be attending, this will be the first time they've stepped onto a sup-air field and there will also be some more experienced coaches to run the day.
Our team currently consists of 6 X-ball players and 5 5-man players. The X-ball team have won the last two rounds of the Masters X-ball and are looking for a couple more players as we look to do more international events again next year. We are also planning on going to the World Cup this year and any player willing to train hard between now and then will be more than welcome to come along.
Cost: £20 byo £45 inc a case of paint.
I'll be there from 9am and any players attending need to be ready and on the field by 10am
