paintball specific warm ups ? same as any other sport that requires your body to perform muscle tearing activities. If your doing GSCE PE , then i presume there is alot of practical involved ? if so then you already know your answer

i always do stretches as i would for a football game, stretch all the muscles in your body from head to toe, then i go for a quick jog up and down the side of the playing area, once or twice and that usually has me warmed up for play.

As for warming down. A pint down the local :p

Is this the thing where you have to set yourself a challenge?
I do leg stretches and a little bit of army stuff. (like stretching my arm lol).

What's it called again? Psomething I think :/

you want to be doing a light mobility exercise to start. Then static stretching, followed by dynamic stretching and finally mobility again.

Never do static stretching last or just before a game ever!

If you've got a martial arts club anywhere close to you, go there and watch their warm up and stretching, they're great for paintball.

Personally I always start with a jog then stretch from top down, ie neck and shoulders, back, arms, hips, groin, upper legs ie quads and hamstrings then below that calf muscles and ankles.

Failing that, lifting the gun out of the bag can sometimes be over exertion at my age.....
