wanting to start a team in Oxford need advice

Hi all I am wanting to start a team in Oxford can you guys give me some advice

Would it not be easier to join a team in Oxford? Or from near Oxford?

But if you still want to set up a team I would suggest deciding on what tournament series and level you want to play at, consider training - how frequently and where.

Well if I can get the actual team together I would like to play cpps and train at a site in didcot but if not do you know of any teams around Oxford

The best advice i can give to starting a new team is.........join a exsitsting team, we need to support the teams already formed if we stand any chance of maintaining a leauge structure is to support the teams that are already running i mean how many new football teams do you see start up every season?
not to mention if its your idea to start up it will enevitably be you that has to organise training, collect deposits, arrange paint, find guests when your own players let you down 2 days before a tourny (trust me it will happen) and in my opinion it is far to much effort and i would rather leave it to the guys who have been doing it a long time
