Wanted: UK: Broken Ion

I'm after an Ion which is broken or cannot be fixed.

The target item I am mainly after is the breech, and don't care about any of the electronics, pneumatics, barrel, grips, body, they can all be knackered or missing for all I care.

I could buy a new breech for about £25 to £30 from LPS or others, which I don't want to do as I'm just trying to put together an Ion from the parts I have.

Please if anyone has got a knackered ion or an unwanted breech please post.

Oh... it has to be in working order.

Not sure where you are going with this.

You want a breach - you have been advised where to get one. You will not get a broken Ion for any less than £25?

Ok... if I really need to explain this I will.

I have most of the parts to build a spare Ion, but not all. The main item I am after is the breech, but I need a few other things such as the odd banjo, eyes, eye wires, few screws, that kind of thing. Ideally I would like to get hold of an Ion that has had the circuit board fried, or the pneumatics completely shagged, so I can strip down what I need.

I do realise I won't pick up an knackered Ion for £25, cos I am indeed very aware of the current market rates, but I'm willing to see what people can offer.

So Dark Stranger do you feel edumacated now?

EDIT: As an afterthought. I have a brain and a good decision making process. If I wanted to buy a breech from LPS for £23.50 + VAT + P&P, I will. Please don't patronise me.

You asked for a broken Ion and implied that it was just the breach you wanted.

I then provided a suitable location to obtain one.

You then stated (not on this forum) that you did not want to part with £30 for a new breach and would rather wait for a knackered Ion to come along.

Why would you spend £50 - £60 on a knackered Ion, simply to get the breach?

hi mate my mate has a fuXXed old sp8 whick im sure are the same config as the ion (not sure may have to check). i've told him to get on the and contact ya so hopefully he'll do it tonight.

hope it helps mate i can see where your going so many spare parts why not make a spare gun.
