Wanted: Slide shorts and arm pads

Okay, I'm playing Southern Masters next Sunday and in need of Slide shorts and arm pads!

The problem...
I do not know what size I need for both things.

Slide shorts:
I'm a 30" - 32" in waist and leg. (I wear small playing pants)

Arm pads:
I know Large does not fit me,
So I will try medium!

I have around £35 for slide shorts
and unsure how much for arm pads, but will listen and look for offers.
