Wanted PMR Battery wiring harness/ cheap board

as per title im after a wiring harness for a pmr like the picture below someone must have on knocking about or even a cheap board?
the battery terminal has snapped on this one and my thick fingers wont be able to solder it lol

I've got a bunch of 4 pin molex harnesses,Steve. I'll double check today if they'll fit into the pm board sockets
