No TB is not allowed in toruneys (that sparked a witch hunt at CC this year)
I think its not the people who are getting a few bps more that are a problem.
Some of people use the anti chop eyes to stop trigger bounce, then they block the eye so it turns itself off and you get bounce city for a while untill a ref comes over and its all back to normal again.

I know i had fiddles with th etriger on my eblade it was very short (almost nothing) an loose...when i gassed it up, i had paint in it, and off it went..had to hol the trggier to stop it bouncing!!! was very funny!
