Wanted any tips for a new forming team / society

Well im the web monkey for our new team / society, and after any feed back / suggestions you have (this is a massive area and with no backgroud to us is asking a lot hehe).

i did last year, its a pain in the ass just make sure everyone knows whats happening in the team such as team kit, what tounreys your doing, when training is, where training is, making sure everyone can get there, pretty much wipe their ass. well that was the case for me..... but best thing i think is deligation like someone sorts paint, someone books tourneys hotel's transport etc etc.
