you could make one with a drill, tap and die set, macroline fitting and an empty 12gm!, which marker are you trying to adapt?

you shouldnt need one for a pt!
ive got a pt myself, its not a junior but im sure they have the nesesarry bits.
you leave an empty 12gm in the holder to act as an expantion chamber and remove the silver nut on the bottom, a macroline fitting will fit in to the hole, so you can fit a braided hose down to a bottom line, (i think the jr has got the bolt holes for a bottom line) or you can fit a remote line straight to the gun.
i will take pictures of mine so you can see what i mean.
there is only one improvement i was thinking to make to my set up, for flexibility, is to use a fill nipple as the fitting in to the gun, that way it is a non return valve so ou can use it with 12gm as normal then have a bottomline with a female snap connector on the braided hose so you can just bolt it on with 2 screws, snap the connectors together, and srew your air/co2 in to the back, or.... forget the bottom line and connect the remote hose.
3 very easy interchangable options

the hopper adaptor is well worth getting if you can find one
also i might be able to point you in the right direction for some really small co2, like pocket size!

thanks for the reply mate. much appreciated.:)
the trouble is , having looked at you pics, the extreme is slightly different than the jnr version which i have. for some stupid reason the hole where you have fitted your Q/D for the remote is quite a lot (about 3/4 inch give or take) further forward on my gun, meaning if i look up it without the plug installed and a 12g in place, i can see the shoulder of the 12g. this means that any air fitting i put here would feed in front of the valve, pressurising the whole 12g compartment (not a cut away drop changer like yours) instead of into the valve like yours. seems pointless to me! would put up some pics but ,like everything i own, my camera phone wont work.

Sounds to me like your PT is the same as mine ie no cutaway for the 12g but an enclosed sealed chamber. If so, you don't need a dummy CO2, just go straight in with a nipple as suggested or a macro fitting and use the cylinder chamber as an expansion chamber which is a plus if your on CO2 and no harm for HPA.

A link for those diddy CO2's and the adapter would be cool ;)

nice one mate- youre a star!:D just needed someone to verify that the chamber is man enough to be pressurised! the instructions i got with my gun (bearing in mind it was second hand) were for the other model and didnt mention any of this. im guessing the front screw plug needs doing up fookin' tight before hand? wouldnt want that launching itself into orbit!
