Walk on sites in essex

OK, so as I established the other day, thanks to this forum, I'm just about sorted with regard to kit.

My next question is where to play. OK, I know of maybe 2 venues that host walk on days in Essex. The 2 that I can think of right now are: Gunsmoke Paintball (with prior notice) and Dragon's Lair Paintball. There's a couple of others I forgot to bookmark when I discovered them. There must be more!

Where would people recommend in Essex for walkons?

Open to all suggestions, but preferably not SupAir. A link to their website or persona name to PM would be helpful, if available.

yea you got mayhem which is always a great day! normally the 3rd sunday of every month!

also have tower paintball in london bridge which has a walkon on tuesday evenings, next one being feb the 3rd i believe. it has a mix of speedball and rec but being indoors is nice as ur not afffected by the weather !

I've now got a long list of sites in front of me, every one saying "pick me" for different reasons.

However, I've got a few bits of key information missing about various sites. If you can fill me in, much appreciated.

Gunsmoke Paintball - How much are walk-on days? How much is site paint at walk-ons?

Mayhem Paintball - How much are walk-on days? How much is site paint at walk-ons?

Campaign Paintball (Surrey) - How much is site paint at walk-ons?

Tower Paintball (London Bridge) - How much are walk-on evenings/days and training days? How much is site paint at these events? Can you use your own paint or not?

Warren Wood Paintball (Hertfordshire) - How much are walk-on days? How much is site paint at walk-ons? Can you use your own paint or not?

If you can answer any or all of these, that would be greatly helpful. Being a student makes it very difficult to afford some sites, much as I'd like to be able to play them. I'm therefore looking for the site which looks best value for money (including the possible necessity of buying an extra 2000 paintballs).

At gunsmoke walk on fee is £5 and cheapest paint is normally £25.
