VLocity vs. VLocity jr?

just wanted to know, whats the difference(apart from cost) between a VLocity and a VLocity jnr?

VLocity Jr = Single speed (20bps)

The JR is marginally smaller than the VLocity, and has a different chip that is not adjustable.

Throw in an adjustable VLocity chip, and you're golden!

theres a pic it does look the same as a vlocity but it is a bit cheaper
