Vlocity hopper problems ?

Anyone having any problems with these hoppers ?.
Mine works fine at the start, then after a full hopper or so of paint the motor won't turn. I've tried various batteries but no joy.
HELP.

Dirty eyes???? thats the only time mine has stopped.. otherwise ?????
