Hi folks.

Right, i'm havin issues with my Vlocity. It seems to no longer stop the spinny thing from feeding balls when the eyes see balls in the stack. It does make a difference to the way it spins though - more smoothly when the eyes see paint. So basically when i'm not shooting, the wheel's trying to turn instead of doing nothing. The anto jam thing works though, when there's no paint in the stack.

It's all clean, new batts (procell) and tried it on a few tension settings.
Any clues? anyone?

Cheers!

Isnt that what it's supposed to do? If you have it on a higher setting than 1 I mean.

i don't think so... the reason i noticed something wasnt right was that it started making a kinda of electric motor straining noise and the light goes red when i'm not shooting. I COULD be wrong, but i'm sure i would have noticed before if it was doing it. Only played with it 6 or 7 times tho... But right enough, on setting 1 it does stop...

Also, it's meant to go to 'sleep' after 30 secs of not shooting. It doesn't.

So maybe i have just gone crazy... but should it make noise?

The electric motor straining sound is normal, red light is jam but if it stays on for a while then its batt, if the batts are not top peak then they will not last very long at all.

In fairness, the manual doesn't actually say what Sleep mode does only what forces the board to go into Select Force Sleep Mode. Mode 1 does not use sleep mode.

Orange light means its gone into anti-jam mode or you are in selection mode
Red Light means low voltage

Its all in the manual.

Personally, just leave it on mode 1 as it keeps up with long bursts of 15BPS just fine.
