Vision impulse leak!

I have a big leak from the top of my vertical regulator on my impulse vision.
Any ideas on what it could be and how i can fix it?

So replace the o-rings, and give it a lube up, should be ok?

and if that fails, use ptfe tape (the white stuff, really easy to pull apart and can be found in local plumbers), **** loads of the stuff

o rings can also be found at the plumbers... a lot cheaper than the sp ones

if there is a lpr installed check that the little grub screw, take off front reg and asa thingy, check to make sure it is lock tite'd. i had a problem like it some time ago
