Virus help!

I think i just got a virus from an email so is there anyway of running a check without having to buy a program?

i just got 1 from an email too, noi doubt from you fordham, anyways norton antivirus couldnt do anything, what do i do???? do these downloads get rid of 'em?

u think thats bad housecall has currently found 91 infected files on my comp and is still going..
