Hi All

Just checking with the rest of the world. Had a lovely days play at Reading this weekend with a few friends from 2hott4u. Well straight to the point i was lucky enough that Simon (Evil Saint,s Mr Bling) let me have a play with his Sl66 Xsv Virtue barded Ego. Well to say i was blown away:eek: . Thought my Dark was quick. So whats the views out there on both boards.

Cheers for your input

Get a lucky board, its exactly the same as the Virtue board apart from the chip. It enables you to use whatever DM chip you want aswell, its also a fook load cheaper, but you probs dont care about that having a dark ego :p

The Tadao is very good, and does teh same things that teh Virtue does...it may be very slightly better made, but this has not been proven to me and would only be marginal.

However...along with all teh settings you have to access in teh two boards...one, uses 5 led's teh same colour, to program teh umpteen settings, but does a cool knightrider thing...teh other, has 7 different coloured LED's, one for each setting and is so easy to use, I have managed to re set my dwell, mid game (practice), in order to make my gun work in the cold.

I have always used virtue, in any gun that is compatible (Shocker, DM4 and now Ego)...also...with both boards, you get a micro switch trigger, rather than the poxy optical trigger on teh stock board.

Neither tadao or virtue supports teh stock LCD screen.

The lucky board with a DM chip programmed by John C is very very good, definitely worth a look and at the price they are very good value. They have cool firing modes and 1st ball drop off compensation. I have seen one on an ego and the firing modes are a lot more subtle so it is not as obvious that the electronics have kicked. Quite easy to make it look like you are actually making the marker really rip. It also includes a mirco switch.

Not sure if John is selling the chips yet but they should soon be available.

Years of practice...firstly shooting Level7 single trigger automags at 8 BPS, the RT Mags at 15...the Electro Cockers...tehn a DM4, then a Shocker (I can shoot those so fast its untrue, easiest gun for me to shoot fast in teh world!), and now an Ego...practice and LOTS of trigger fiddling:D

Oh, and the odd girlfriend or two..mind you, teh skils compliment each other!;)
