T board has 9 modes
Semi Auto, RT, Burst, Full Auto, CFOA (capped semi), PSP, NXL, Nitro, breakout Mode.
Virtue has 7 modes
Semi Auto, Ramp Mode, Breakout Mode, PSP Ramping, NXL Style Full Auto, Response, Full Auto.
Both have membrane plug in and tourne lock.
Virtue is almost double the price of the T board, both have different software setups. The T board is easier to change modes instantly, the Virtue you have to enter the full setup mode and so takes a little longer with more to remember. The T board is a little harded to change dwell etc, though you will have to look at the manual no matter which board you use, so in my opinion its 3 factors
Price, Modes of fire and Usability.
