What gun is it for?
In my Ion manual it say 7 is unlimited and then it is adjustable between 8-25bps (page 12).
On the ego manual 10 is unlimited and it starts from 10.5.

On page 12 the yellow light is to change the eye mode depending on what year shocker you have. It changes from reflective value 1 to breakbeam eye mode value 2 (page 12)
When you say it just isnt 10.5 have you placed it across a chrono and measured the fire rate?

Ah, ok. On page 12 they tell you how to factory reset worth a try.
If it still does not work give virtue an email. They have a life time warranty it might cost you a couple of quid to send it across the pond but at least it may get sorted and you not getting pulled.
