can you put a dye 2003 sticky on it or just the origional ones? also what kinds of gripframes can you put on it because some people say the trigger is weird?

Yep Sticky3's fit without any problems.
The original stickies and most other aftermarket grips just need warming in boiling water, then with a bit of stretching they fit fine. Once you get them in place leave them cool and they'll retain that shape.
