viking break-in

i have run about three tanks through my viking, how many more should i run through it before sending it to AKA for them to lower my lpr?

do you really have to send it back? or can you just go to your local pro-shop and have them take a look

Mac solenoids or the new Humphrey (sp?) ones? or if its easier how old is the viking?
