Video Recorder? for paintball.

Im thinking of Buying a video recorder.
one of the uses of the video recorder will be to record some paintball vids.

i was thinking about
6.1 mega pixels
video resolution of 320x240 @ 30 frames per second

I was wondering weather these specs were reasonable for my needs

Yea ive seen those. they look quite sweet.
Yea I just need somthing that looks half decent when played back.

At least you can see the balls wid those action cams.
