In fairness almost everything we watch has a sound track to make it more interesting. Films, TV etc all have suspense music to make it more interesting. Even sports tend to have a commentary, and the commentators enthusiasm has the same effect as the suspense music. I suspect anything would be a lot more boring if it was silent.
