vibrating feed hoppers????

After a recent visit to planet eclipse i was shown a new sort of electro hopper, i think made by zap.

Has anyone played with one?, i was unable to purchase one as the counter man explained they were new in and they didnt have a price for it though he estimated 40 quid.

All i wanted to know is has anyone used one, or know wether they are good or bad?
