And on air and co2 do you have to buy a new bottle like every 5 years or re-test it or what ??

I've seen a vibe run on Co2. The reg froze and it wouldnt let any gas through until it thawed.

If you ever use Co2 on something like this it is likely something will freeze if you use a high rate of fire. It could be your reg, or worse something inside which could cause your circuit board to pop.

I think I read somewhere you need to cap it at about 8bps to stop this from happening? Can someone confirm or deny?

Buy air. Much better consistency and you can use your vibe to it's full potential to whatever bps it can do.

you are indeed correct.
you can't change the programming on a stock vibe board, other than semi/burst/auto if you have a US board. the only feature that can be changed is dwell for running either air od CO2.
as marcus says the CO2 can freeze up the marker if you are firing very quickly - so air is the better option.
